Welcome to our resort, where dream weddings come to life! From rustic country charm to elegant white tie affairs, our versatile 3600 sq.ft. Rendezvous Room can transform to suit any theme. Say “I do” indoors by our wood-burning fireplace with panoramic river views, or embrace the outdoors with limitless sky-high possibilities, from tent sites to riverfront vows.
For wedding ceremonies, we have two options.
The first choice would be in the Rendezvous Room. This 3600 square foot building can hold about 150 people, has a wood burning fireplace and one end is glassed in overlooking the river.
The second choice would be an outdoor ceremony. For outdoor ceremonies, the sky is almost the limit.
Over the years, couples have used tent sites and some have even stood right out in the river!
Receptions will take place in the Rendezvous Room. This room allows a lot of options for eating, dancing, gift openings, bouquet tosses & whatever else you want to plan for your special day.
Rehearsal Dinner/Set Up
The rendezvous room can be made available for a rehearsal dinner or set up the night prior to the wedding for an additional $500 without catering and $650 with catering included.
Pricing and Details:
Wedding package will include chairs and tables as well as the setting up and cleaning up for event. Initial package will allow four hours, but if more time is needed that can be arranged. Host bar or cash bar is also available. Prices listed below are for the wedding package itself, all catering options and prices can be found in the downloadable packet. Prices listed are for up to 150 guests.
$1500 with catering for wedding reception plus the cost of the meals. Any day of the week except Saturdays in June and July.
$2000 with catering for wedding reception and rehearsal plus the cost of the meals. Saturdays in the month of June and July and Sunday of any major holiday weekend.
Catering requires minimum of 50 meals.
$1,000 no meals. Any day of the week except Saturdays in June and July.
$1,500 no meals. Saturdays in June and July and Sunday of any major holiday weekend.
For additional time—$100 per hour
Audio/Video Usage—$50
Cleaning Fee———-$150
Rendezvous Room Rental Guidelines:
We are very pleased that you chose to host your event at our facility. Please take care to strictly heed to the following guidelines to insure a positive experience for everyone!
1. Your rental is for seven hours. Please allow two hours set up time, a maximum of four hours for your event and one hour to remove your decorations prior to leaving.
2. All events must conclude by 11 pm. This includes removing your decorations.
3. Absolutely no alcohol is allowed to be brought into the Rendezvous Room from outside. We can provide a cash bar in which we display a variety of beer and wine for a fee of $20 per hour. We do not offer hard liquor or mixed drinks.
4. We do not allow any type of smoking or vaping of any sort inside the Rendezvous Room.
5. Please do not include glitter or confetti in your decorations. Do not remove any decorations currently in the Rendezvous Room. We do not allow helium balloons due to the height of our ceiling.
6. You are not allowed access to our kitchen or kitchen utensils.
7. You are not allowed access to our fountain drinks if we are not providing catering. We may provide it for an additional charge upon request.
8. You must complete an order and pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit in order to secure the date you are requesting.
9. The remainder of your balance MUST be paid no later than two weeks prior to the event or you are subject to forfeiting both your date and your deposit.
10. You must place a credit card number on file in the event of unforeseen damages, cleaning needs beyond normal expectations or exceeding the rental time previously agreed upon.
