We have set out to create a unique and inviting place to host a variety of functions. Our Rendezvous Room is the perfect place for your group or club to have an event. You have several options available to you here at River Ranch Resort. With 3600 square feet there is plenty of room for everyone to see any video presentations you might need to show on our 120” screen.
We have put a calendar up that we are going to try our best to keep up to date with bookings when we open, so that you can plan ahead and reserve your time as soon as possible.
The Rendezvous Room will be available year round and is fully air conditioned and heated. We have even put in a wood burning fireplace to gather around.
Company Party Pricing:
With company party pricing we waive room use fee and you only pay for Catering. This is subject to a 25 person minimum and allows for a four hour block of time for your event.
General Information:
SERVICE CHARGE AND TAXES
We do not have an extra service charge as most of our competitors do, but we must add an 8.1% Missouri sales tax to your final bill.
GUARANTEES
A final number of guests anticipated 30 days prior to event must be guaranteed and not subject to reduction. To add to final number of guest, call Event Coordinator for possibilities.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable 50% payment of grand total is required at the time of reservation by company check, cash, or credit card. Personal checks are subject to approval. The balance left is to be paid two weeks out from event date.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Per health department regulations, our staff must prepare all food and beverages served at this Resort. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the Rendezvous Room.
DECORATIONS & DISPLAYS
Decorations brought in Rendezvous Room must be approved by Catering Staff or by the Event Coordinator. Items may not be attached by nails or staples. Sequins, glitter and/or confetti are not permitted.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Sales and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Missouri State Liquor Commissioner. Service may be denied to guest who appears to be intoxicated or are under the age of 21. Should guest under the age of 21 be found consuming alcoholic beverages, River Ranch Resort reserves the right to discontinue function and/or escort individuals off of Resort property.

Casino Nights is an opportunity for your guests to feel the excitement and the thrill of Las Vegas without all the travel. This is a great way to liven up the atmosphere of your event in a way that your guests will never expect. With an array of games such as bingo, poker, black jack, slot machines and of course craps there is sure to be something for everyone. For the younger “gamblers” we can even set up mouse races, though it is a game you probably won’t find in Vegas, it sure is fun for the younger crowd.
